This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.business-compass.org (the "Site") and use our services, including NAWAH™ AI.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal and business information from you in a variety of ways, including:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Information you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you contact us through our Site, via email, or via WhatsApp.
- Business Data: Information you provide as part of our consultancy or NAWAH™ AI services, including but not limited to: menus, pricing, staff details, operational procedures, supplier information, financial data, and brand materials. This data is collected solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you have viewed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and service requests.
- Provide you with our consultancy services.
- Build, configure, and maintain your NAWAH™ AI system (if applicable).
- Send you administrative information, such as updates on our services or policies.
- Improve our services and client experience.
- Prevent fraudulent activity and ensure the security of our Site and services.
3. Third-Party Services and AI Processing
In the delivery of our services, including NAWAH™ AI, your business data may be processed using third-party artificial intelligence platforms and cloud services. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards. However, we encourage clients to avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information (such as national ID numbers or banking credentials) through AI-powered services unless specifically required and agreed upon.
AI Room Chrome Extension
The Business Compass AI Room is a multi-AI collaboration workspace. Some users access the AI Room through our official Chrome extension ("AI Room Extension"), which bridges supported third-party AI websites (Claude at claude.ai, ChatGPT at chatgpt.com, Grok at grok.com, Gemini at gemini.google.com) into the AI Room workspace.
When you install and authenticate the AI Room Extension to your AI Room account, the extension:
- Reads the content of your chat conversations on the supported AI websites listed above, ONLY when you have actively bound a tab to the AI Room workspace, and ONLY for the purpose of including relevant context in messages sent to the AI Room or to those AI assistants on your behalf.
- Sends prompts to those AI websites' chat interfaces and captures the AI's responses, so that AI responses generated on those platforms can be relayed back into the AI Room workspace where you (and the AI Room's other participants) can read them.
- Authenticates each request to the AI Room server using a token stored locally in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local). This token is bound to your AI Room user account; it is not shared with the third-party AI websites.
The extension does not collect data from websites outside its declared list of supported AI platforms. The extension does not contain analytics, tracking, or advertising code. The extension does not transmit your data to any third party other than (a) your AI Room workspace at room2.business-compass.org or room.nawah-bcmc.com, and (b) the AI vendor websites themselves (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini), which receive prompts you have authorized the extension to send through them.
Your chat content remains visible to the same parties who would already see it without the extension installed (the AI vendor, and yourself). The extension's role is to coordinate messages between the AI Room and those vendors, not to expose your data to new parties.
You can uninstall the AI Room Extension at any time from Chrome's extension management page. Uninstalling immediately revokes the extension's ability to read or send messages on the supported AI websites. The bearer token in your local extension storage can be invalidated server-side by you (via your AI Room account settings) at any time, even before uninstalling.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information or business data to outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
4. Data Ownership
All business data you provide to us (menus, staff lists, operational documents, etc.) remains your property. We retain a working copy solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have engaged. Upon termination of services, your data will be handled as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and business information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For NAWAH™ AI clients, data retention and deletion upon service termination are governed by the terms of your NAWAH™ Service Agreement.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

1. Our Services
We provide business consultancy services, primarily for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector in Saudi Arabia. All services listed on this Site are for informational purposes and represent a general overview of our capabilities. Specific engagements, scope, and pricing are governed by a separate signed consultancy agreement or formal quotation.
2. NAWAH™ AI Services
NAWAH™ AI is an AI-powered operational consulting tool offered by Business Compass. The following terms apply specifically to NAWAH™ AI:
- AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: NAWAH™ AI provides operational guidance based on the data provided by the client. While we strive for accuracy, outputs are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for independently verifying critical information.
- Service Availability: NAWAH™ AI relies on third-party AI infrastructure. Temporary disruptions due to maintenance or third-party outages do not constitute a breach of service.
- Data and Intellectual Property: The NAWAH™ AI system, including its configuration, prompts, and architecture, is the intellectual property of Business Compass. The business data provided by the client remains the property of the client.
3. Payments
Fees for our services are as described in a formal proposal, quotation, or service agreement. For services requiring payment, you agree to provide current and accurate payment information. All fees are exclusive of VAT (15%) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fixed-fee services and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our services, including NAWAH™ AI, are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Compass Management Consulting Establishment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
